Overview

The Shoulder is a Christian, nonprofit, treatment center meeting the needs of those suffering from substance abuse problems. The Shoulder offers outpatient services for both men and women, and residential services for men. We now have offices in both Spanish Fort and Foley, Alabama.

The following substance abuse treatment services are available:

MEN AND WOMEN

4.??????? Outpatient codependency group for family and friends affected by
?someone else’s addiction. (No assessment needed)

MEN ONLY

Referrals are also available for Department of Transportation evaluations, Suboxone treatment,
and mental health counseling.

Payment will be on a sliding fee scale based on income and other factors, also accepted is cash or self-payment.
