First Step is a NC Department of Health and Human Services licensed substance abuse and mental health facility, serving persons who need assistance with a wide range of substance abuse and mental health needs. Individualized Treatment
Some facilities have an addiction treatment protocol that all patients or clients are expected to follow, while others customize or individualize treatment based on a person’s unique needs and circumstances. Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
