Provides a comprehensive outpatient treatment program for individuals struggling with alcohol and/or drug addiction. Accepts self pay, sliding fee scale available to those who qualify. This is a Medicaid accepted program. Eligibility: Adults, ages 18 and up, struggling with alcohol and/or drug addiction. Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 8am - 4:30pm.
