Overview

The Outpatient Chemical Dependency for Youth (OCDY) Treatment Program offers treatment services for adolescents ages 12-21. Also offers treatment services for children and youth at risk or impacted by substance abuse. Treatment services include individual, group or family care as needed. Costs for services: Sliding scale, Medicaid, Medicare, private voucher. Referral and appointment required. Income verification required for sliding scale fee. Office hours: Mondays through Thursdays 10am - 9pm. Fridays 10am - 6pm.
