Substance Abuse Programs
Riverbend provides intensive outpatient treatment for the chemically dependent client with both morning and evening programs available. Each of these programs consists of twelve hours weekly of service based upon the twelve-step and medical models of treatment. In addition to traditional substance abuse group therapy, both individual and family therapies are required, as is attendance at Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous meetings.

Riverbend also provides an aftercare program for clients who have successfully completed our outpatient program. For the dually diagnosed client, psychiatric services are available as appropriate from Riverbend's psychiatric services program.

Sunrise Lodge - A residential treatment facility for male substance abusers. Through this program, clients participate in group, individual, and family therapy as well as community self help groups, study groups, chemical dependency education, and skill building related to issues such as family, self-esteem, and stress management.
