Overview

Case Management is offered to help the seriously mentally ill live independently within the community. An intensive case management program is available for clients experiencing frequent hospitalization. Support groups for family members are available. Outpatient Counseling for children, adolescents, and adults is available on a limited basis and the medication clinic provides psychiatric consultations. We have some outpatient groups available.
