Payne County Youth Services, Inc., is a private, non-profit outpatient community-based mental health and substance abuse treatment provider and emergency shelter organization dedicated to assisting children, adolescents, adults and their families to make a positive difference in their lives and improve their overall quality of life through advocacy, education, intervention, prevention and counseling. We are dedicated to providing quality, affordable and accessible mental/behavioural health and substance abuse treatment.
