The New Foundation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for youth and families by providing therapeutic behavioral health and education programs. Since 1970, The New Foundation has been helping youth and families live healthier, more successful lives by creating "a new foundation" for growth and recovery. •     Level 1 – Substance Abuse Care or Intensive Therapeutic Intervention (ITI)
•     Level 1  – Mental Health Care or Residential Treatment Center (RTC)
•     Level 1 – Domestic Violence Diversion (exclusive to Maricopa County Juvenile Court youth)
•     Level 2 – Therapeutic Group Home (TGH)
•     Level 2 – Elective Respite Care
•     Partial Hospitalization Program
•     Out-Patient – Mental Health
•     Out-Patient Substance Abuse
