Provides enhanced Methadone Pharmaco Replacement Therapy for opiate/opioid (Heroin) addiction and the prevention of HIV/AIDS/Hepatitis and other sexually transmitted diseases (STD's) among intravenous drug (Heroin) users (IVDUS).
Hours of operation
Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:45pm; Saturday and Sunday 6am-9am
Fees charged
Self-Pay/Full, Self-Pay/Sliding scale, $12 daily

Two forms of identification (one must be photo id) and must arrive by 6:30am in full withdrawal (no qualified opiate/opiod add
