Overview

Southwest Counseling Service is a comprehensive community mental health and substance abuse treatment center that has been providing services to Sweetwater County for more than 40 years. We provide a wide variety of professional mental health and substance abuser services and focus on providing solutions for everyday people.  Their mission is to provide comprehensive, integrated mental health and substance abuse services that promote recovery and wellness. Southwest Counseling Service will not deny services to any clients due to inability to pay and adjusted fees are available based upon household size and income as indicated on the SCS sliding fee scale schedules.
