Overview

The agency provides substance abuse services for people of all ages in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, including those who are court-ordered. Services include drug/alcohol testing. There are no geographic restrictions.

Staff may use urinalysis, drug patch, or hair follicle drug testing methods. On-site breath alcohol testing is provided; the agency also offers remote breath alcohol testing for individuals who are ordered to self-test in their own homes.

Staff also provide case management including program orientation, review of the services ordered, assignment of testing equipment as needed, and court report notification.

Participants receive certificates of completion upon request and staff will provide written reports to the court as needed.

The agency also provides house arrest monitoring devices.



APPLICATION PROCEDURE


Call to appy; an appointment is required. ID and court paperwork is required; proof of residence is also required for remote alcohol breath testing.



FEES/PAYMENT SOURCE


The fee for case management is $65, breath alcohol testing is $35 per test or $300 per month for remote testing, urinalysis is $65 per test, the drug patch is $80 per week or any portion thereof, and hair follicle testing is $175 per test.
