PHS provides treatment to individuals struggling because of substance use. Counseling is also available to those who are suffering because of someone
else's substance use. Target populations include individuals, couples, families, adolescents, pregnant women, women with children, and IV drug users.

We offer assistance for eligible individuals who are homeless, facing eviction or need help with a security deposit. (must have lived in Perry County past 6 months)

We offer temporary shelter to families or individuals in need of emergency housing.
