Man Up provides a structured, safe and clean living environment for men in early recovery. We promote personal growth and productivity in men while monitoring their progress and behavior. Our halfway house model is designed specifically for the success of the client.Ran exclusively by men who were themselves once addicted to drugs and alcohol, Man Up is designed to succeed where similar programs fail. Working with each client on an individual basis, we hold our men accountable for their actions while teaching them to be self-sufficient from the very beginning. We are also fortunate enough to be well connected in the community which allows us to provide jobs and resources our clients wouldn't otherwise have access to. Finally, we closely monitor their progress through random drug testing, breathalyzers, progress reports and a number of other tools. Man-Up is located on a quiet Baltimore street about a block from Hanlon Park and the 16 Bus Line, walking distance from Mondawmin Metro and Bus Station as well as Mondawmin Mall, Shoppers Grocery Store, Target, Baltimore City Community College and Coppin State University. Our clients have Cable TV, access to Wi-Fi and common areas are video monitored.
