Provides mental health and rehabilitation services that include, but are not limited to:

Walk-in Alcohol & Drug Assessments*:
Monday–Wednesday**, 8:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
*$5 fee, Tennessee residents only, must provide valid photo identification
**Thursdays are reserved for assessment for all persons incarcerated (throughout Middle Tennessee) and Fridays for all individuals wanting appointments.

Payment is on a sliding fee scale based on income and other factors, also accepted are access to recovery vouchers.

Location services description: Substance abuse treatment, Detoxification, Buprenorphine Services. Treatment received at location: Residential short-term treatment (30 days or less), Residential long-term treatment (more than 30 days), Outpatient, Partial hospitalization/day treatment Types of patients treated: Adolescents, Persons with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, Pregnant/postpartum women, Women, Residential beds for clients' children
