Kern County Mental Health Department assistance.

This location is a Consumer Family Learning Centers that provides community resources for self-help and peer support for people whose lives have been affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse. The Centers located in Bakersfield, Tehachapi, and Ridgecrest are funded by the Kern County Mental Health (KCMH) Department through Mental Health Services Act funds. They are open to anyone 18 years of age or older who has an interest in mental health and substance abuse recovery. Anyone can come to the centers to learn about recovery, make friends and have fun.
