This structured program provides group and individual therapy for clients with a substance abuse condition. A good candidate for this program is someone who has been discharged from a substance abuse residential facility, substance abuse partial hospitalization program, or someone who has been attending outpatient substance abuse treatment and whose level of functioning has declined needing a more intensive level of therapeutic care.
