he services offered at NorthKey Community Care meet a variety of needs ranging from situational stresses to severe persistent mental illness, addiction to substances or the challenges associated with developmental disabilities. Whenever possible, we provide evidence–based services to ensure the highest quality care is delivered.

At NorthKey Community Care, we believe in a strength based, individualized approach to treatment and recovery. Our professional staff of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and social workers will assist you in making the changes you desire.Our staff knows how to ask the right questions to help you look at your options. They explore and evaluate to fully understand your healthcare needs. They work with you to achieve your goals for mental wellness and general health.Service HoursThe main program offices are generally open between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Certain services have different hours of operation and availability.PaymentMany of these services receive support through local, state and federal grants. Medicaid and Medicare are also potential payer sources for some services. Our financial office will assist each individual and family to understand the payment mechanism prior to service delivery and program enrollment.
