Overview

Our Intensive Outpatient Program meets three days a week, for three hours each visit.  The full term of this program is usually nine weeks and we have two tracks; one in the morning and one in the evening. This is often convenient for individuals who work or go to school. The Eleventh Hour Rehabilitation Program is covered by most insurance companies. We also accept all major credit cards for payment whether you are paying for treatment yourself or you have co-pays and deductibles. The Eleventh Hour does not accept Medicare or Medi-Cal, but we are able to set you up on a payment plan so that you may receive the treatment you need.
