Overview

Community Reach Center provides mental health services and counseling in seven outpatient offices for your convenience. Community Reach Center is a mental health center providing treatment and counseling for children, teens, adults and seniors who are seeking to improve their mental well being. Our center offers a full spectrum of services designed to help residents of Adams County and surrounding Denver areas manage and overcome mental illness, from depression and anxiety to more severe disorders. We also offer Crisis Services for those who need help overcoming a difficult period in their lives.
