Common Goals Substance Abuse Counseling Services is a community based program designed to encourage, motivate, and empower people of all ages to make positive changes in their lives. We provide our services in a positive and respectful manner within a professional environment. Our goal is to provide quality substance abuse treatment programs to individuals and their families and to raise awareness in our community of the social, health and financial impacts of substance abuse.
