The Chippewa Area Recovery Resource (CARR) addiction treatment program provides an evidence based outpatient substance abuse treatment service with locations in Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire. The program includes assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, continuing care services and trauma-informed treatment based on the Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model (TREM).
