Volunteers of America is a leader in the field of substance abuse treatment and prevention by offering a continuum of care consisting of supportive services and residential treatment options to assist adults and their families to experience life without addiction and to become contributing members of their community.

Many veterans struggle with substance abuse, mental illness or a combination of both. According to the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans, 70% of homeless veterans suffer from substance abuse and mental health issues. These issues must be addressed in order to help our veterans reach self-sufficiency.
