Since 1991, Lifeskills South Florida has offered customized treatment programs for men and women ages 18 over suffering from mental health and substance use disorders such as: anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, borderline personality disorders, depression, substance use disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and thought disorders. As a national Center of Excellence, our goal is to provide affordable, customized treatment options that transform lives and empower clients to sustain long-term recovery.

Areas of Specialization

Partial Hospitalization Treatment
As clients work through independence, we offer residential treatment clients a partial level of care. Partial hospitalization encourages clients to increase their responsibility and ownership. Recovery is not always linear; if there is a need due to safety and/or clinical needs, clients can return to a higher level of care seamlessly without missing a day of care.
Residential Treatment
Our non-institutional, residential treatment facility gives residents access to the local community during their recovery, allowing for the adaptation of new coping skills. Patients who need long-term treatment will engage in the residential program and will receive individualized treatment planning and ongoing support from both the therapeutic community and Lifeskills’ highly skilled clinical staff.
