Location services description: Substance abuse treatment. Treatment received at location: Outpatient Types of patients treated: Adolescents, Persons with co-occurring mental and substance abuse disorders, DUI/DWI offenders.

It is the goal of Life Management Resources to insure that every person that comes to our doorstep gets the help they need and deserve to have.
To achieve that goal, we are in-network with almost all major insurance companies.  If we are out of network with a plan, we will generally be able to provide you with the same coverage at in-network rates.
For those who lack insurance, we are a participant in the NorthStar Program.  This is a Medicaid, State of Texas and local county sponsored program designed to assist those who do not have insurance coverage or whose insurance does not cover mental health and substance abuse, and who make a lower income.  Please call and speak with Rhonda about participation in this important program.
For those who do not have insurance nor qualify for NorthStar and are self-pay, we offer a variety of payment plans as well as a sliding scale based on current income.

The Plano Morning IOP is an exciting and relevant component of the Facility Treatment Program.  The Morning IOP is hosted by Matt Osborn, Adult Counselor,  who brings together an amazing mix of upbeat discussions and serious topics to help patients look at their life and discover the changes that need to be made for recovery.

The Plano Evening IOP is an informative and intellectually stimulating group that explores not only the topic being covered each evening, but the life events that have led most people to the level of addiction that they came in with.  The group is facilitated by Jessica Fred, LCDC, Adult Counselor, who insures that the group is fun, adding humor to keep the setting light, but focused on recovery to insure that patients learn the skills necessary to recover.  The Evening IOP meets Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

From US75 go west on Park Blvd.  You will go past Custer, Independence and Coit.  The next stop light is Ohio.  Turn right and go to the first street Early Morn and turn left.  New Building is on your right.  From the Tollway go east on Park Blvd., past Preston Road to Ohio and turn left.  First street is Early Morn, turn left, building on right with green awning at entry.  Call Rhonda if you need better directions.  A new map will be up soon.
