User Reviews: When first joining first steps NA meeting for our son the counsler was inexperienced and she couldn't answer some questions. It was apparent that she was trying to be more of their friend than counsler during sessions. During a session I mentioned something about my sons addiction. Behind my back she laughed at me and said what I said was stupid to the group. I was only repeating what out family counsler had said. My son became more involved with drugs and felt this was just an open door to expose him to getting him more acquainted with others that gave him heavier drugs. In a time when we are in need for help and vulnerable, I felt they just wanted our money.
