Acadiana Employee Assessment and Referral Services (EAP), LLC is designed to help employers recognize and address personal and/or work related issues before problems become overwhelming. The EAP is designed to help improve job performance, strengthen the bond between employer and employee and reduce health care costs through proactive measures. The EAP will help employers to : decrease employee absenteeism, productivity problems and turnover, provide readily accessible wellness services to your employees and meet employees needs in cost effective manner. Mental Health counseling is also offered.


Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm/Monday thru Friday;
